Salt spray test

Test Description: Select three samples as A、B and C, after 96 hours' testing, there is one white rusty stain on the external end face of flange of B sample, but no white rusty stains on the remaining parts of B sample, and there is no white rusty stain on the surface of A and C samples.

Testing shaft collar

Speed of tension on the assembly shall be 0.100” inches per minute. Place the assembled test apparatus between the tensile table and the underside of the lower cross beam tension rod. Record the highest pound force achieved prior to catastrophic failure (shaft slipping down through the shaft collar is catastrophic). Repeat the test with the next shaft collar on a new piece of shaft

Phasphating surface treatment

Technological process: Oil Removing—— Wash (overflow)—— Rust Removal —— Wash (overflow)——Pre-dips(6‰ tank)——Phosphating(80-90°C)——Wash (overflow) ——Hot dry——Anti-rust Oil Treatment

 Slot width and relief cut dimensions on shaft collar

Regarding the slot width and relief cut dimensions for1C-012~1C-087 , it is 0.063, but for 1C-093~1C-150, it is 0.093, the labors of workshops would like to change 0.093'' to 0.063'' for 1C-093~1C-150 .They said the cutting tools are damaged easily and are difficult to mfg. customers always agree to accept this change, so we suggested that we can make the same slot width and relief cut dimensions as 0.063 from 1C-012 to 1C-150,
